Q: How fast is your printer?
A: We use industry leading printers for our photobooths. A 4x6 print takes about 10 seconds.
Q: How long does it take you to set up and teardown for an event?
A: We buffer an hour for setup before and an hour for teardown / clean up afterwards. The setup and teardown time does not impact the hours included in your package.
Q: What does "unlimited prints" mean?
A: If you have 7 people in the photo, we will print 1 photo for each person in the group. If there is a line, we will print 2 photos for the group initially. We try to keep the the line moving as much as possible and may ask guests to return for the additional prints later.
Q: How much space do you need?
A: The more space you can provide us with, the better as the lines for a fun photobooth could get long. We need at least __x__ for the photobooth.
Q: What is the social kiosk?
A: The social kiosk is a separate station (located close to the photobooth) which allows guests to view photos and/or send themselves a soft copy of their photos. Guests may also want to share a photo on social media using the social kiosk.
Q: What are "premium props"?
A: Contact us to inquire more about premium props. We have a large variety and if there's something you want that we don't have, well get it!
Q: What if you don't have the backdrop we want?
A: Feel free to ask us about custom backdrops if we do not carry a backdrop that suits your needs. Our creative team will be happy to sit down with you and discuss options to create the backdrop that you have in mind.
Q: What is online storage?
A: You will have your own album online, which will be stored at www.clients.veryspecialmoment.com.
Q: What if I do not want my photos to be public?
A: If you want a private album, we can provide you with a password which you can share with family and friends as you like.
Q: Can I download/share/save the photos from this online storage?
A: All your photos are stored in our online gallery for public sharing unless you request for your album to be private. All the images from your special day will be provided to you in a downloadable format after your event.
Q: What is your payment structure?
A: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required on signing. 50% of the balance due 2 months before your event. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Methods of payment accepted are cash, cheque, EMT, Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX.
